Celeste is a trooper, sounding worse than she feels so Allona tries to do most of the talking. There was a patch to go over and a bunch of community stuff. Surviving the Mists fans, the segment had to be postponed, so there’s still time for game submissions!

Allona

Triple Trouble Wurm! Jalinar from CoT mentioned in ROO chat that there was room in his map and it was being organized by TTS. I joined in and hopped on the TTS voice chat and had some fun and am that much closer to finishing those achievements! Just Cobalt left to do.
Moar Fractals! PRL 32 or 33 I think.
Some Hero Point hunting in HoT … getting my Guardian to Dragonhunter (Damn Dragonhunters! I hates them! So I better join them).
Levelling my Revenant … up to mid-50s!
Guild Missions with Relics and MoCK and Maven – ALL the Guild Missions! One thing to note was a few of the MoCKeries did the WvW guild mission and it was my first time in the new map. Holy moly is it beautiful!
PvP with Celeste! Unranked because that’s how we roll.

World Polish

Iron Marches – Fixed a bug that caused the “Protect Sentinel Whiptail while he finds and tames a siege devourer” event to stall.

Graphics

Fixed an issue in which light adaptation stopped working when the player started or stopped swimming.
Fixed an issue in which certain norn male hair accessories lost their color settings.

Personal Story

Fixed a bug in “The Dredge Hideout” story step that prevented Agent Ifwyn from completing the “Speak to the order reps” objective.

Items

Runes and Sigils: Fixed a bug that caused some rune and armor activations to fail when airborne or underwater.
Meteorlogicus III—Grawl Devotion: Fixed a bug that would cause the “Escort the Order of Whispers team to the grawl camp” event to stall.
Nevermore IV—Bring the Ancient Dwarven Texts to Rest: Fixed a bug that allowed this collectible to be collected before completing “Ancient Dwarven Texts.”
Nevermore: Fixed an issue that would cause Scholar Mossi to attempt to take more obsidian than she needed.

Profession Skills

Elementalist

Flame Burst: Fixed a bug that caused this skill to go on interrupt recharge if it was attempted on an enemy outside the max range of the skill.
Cyclone: Removed the erroneous unblockable skill fact.
Water Globe: Removed the unblockable skill fact from this ability, as this is a skill fact that’s normally reserved for abilities with attacks. Added a water-combo skill fact.

Engineer

Final Salvo: Updated skill facts to remove stability from gyro self-destruct skills.
Thunderclap: Updated the area-of-effect rings to show combo rings to allies and red rings to enemies.

Guardian

Shield of Courage: Fixed a bug that prevented aegis from refreshing when it was stolen by a thief using the Bountiful Theft trait.
Symbol of Energy: Updated this ability to display a red ring to enemies rather than a combo ring.
Hunter’s Determination: Updated the initial aegis application to last the full 8 seconds as indicated in the skill fact.

Ranger

Wilting Strike: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from functioning with Heart of Thorns pets.
Companion’s Might: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from functioning with Heart of Thorns pets.
Primal Echoes: Fixed a bug in the skill fact that indicated an incorrect duration when using the Moment of Clarity trait.
Astral force is now cleared at the beginning of a PvP match.

Revenant

Elemental Blast: Updated this skill to properly display its red circle to enemies.
Energy Expulsion: Updated this skill to create an extra energy fragment when using the Natural Abundance trait.
Soothing Bastion: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from properly extending boon durations.
Embrace the Darkness: This skill will now deliver an attack instead of piercing all defenses. The skill remains unblockable and will ignore blindness, but it will no longer pierce evasion.
Diabolic Inferno: This skill will now deliver an attack instead of piercing all defenses. The skill remains unblockable and will ignore blindness, but it will no longer pierce evasion.

Thief

Impairing Daggers: Fixed a bug that prevented this ability from functioning as a projectile finisher.
Pistol Whip: Fixed a bug that caused this ability to display incorrect damage values in PvP. The initial strike of this ability has been combined between PvP and PvE (dealing the PvE damage values) and will no longer deal increased damage to crippled enemies.

Warrior

Brutal Shot: Fixed a bug that prevented the roll-back portion of this skill from functioning if the player was in midair. Fixed a bug that prevented the audio of this ability from playing.

Structured Player vs. Player

General

Reward track progress that extends past the end of the current track wraps into the next available track.
- C: YAY!
- A: Now if Masteries worked the same way!
Added standard enemy models for the revenant profession.
Added a revenant sparring partner to the combat training area in the Heart of the Mists.
Updated matchmaking to prevent a full party from facing a team of individual players.
Updated matchmaking to lower the average queue times.
Fixed an issue with the trebuchet on the Battle of Khylo map that didn’t inform players when a trebuchet was targeting their location.
- C: I had no idea this was a thing…

PvP Leagues

The PvP Leagues term “points” has been replaced with “pips.”
All match victories now only result in a one-pip gain.
All match defeats now only result in a one-pip loss.
Added a post-match pip breakdown that explains how and why players gain or lose pips in each match.
Added a win-streak mechanic that awards players with an extra pip for each subsequent win after 3 consecutive wins.
Added a comeback mechanic that awards players with an extra pip on their next win after losing 3 (or more) consecutive matches.
Changed the size of Amber division tiers from 5 pips to 3 pips each.
Changed the number of tiers in Amber division from 3 to 5.
Changed the size of Emerald division tiers from 5 pips to 4 pips each.

Daily Achievement Adjustment

Daily PvP Capture and Daily PvP Defender have been removed from the daily rotation.
Daily Top Stats and Daily PvP Matches Played in Unranked or Ranked Arena have been added to the daily rotation.

World vs. World

General

The score tick countdown timer in the top-middle of the screen is no longer 1 minute ahead in WvW maps.
- A: This was a thing? I didn’t know this was a thing.

Eternal Battlegrounds

The asura gates leading to other WvW maps now function properly again.
Lowlands Keep: Removed the hostile drakes that sometimes caused the keep to become contested.
- A: Bwahahahaa!
Stonemist Castle: Shifted a mortar on the outer southern walls off a breakable wall so it would not be floating in the air when the wall beneath it was destroyed.
- A: Bwahahahaa again!
Klovan Gully: The blue team “Defend Klovan Gully” event no longer displays an erroneous 0/1 event objective.
Langor Gulch: The green team “Defend Langor Gulch” event no longer displays an erroneous 0/1 event objective.

Guild

Griffon Fountain and Lion Fountain guild hall decorations now have collision.
- A: All the better to pose on!

Black Lion Trading Company Gem Store

New Items and Promotions

A new Electromagnetic-Descender Glider is now available in the Upgrades category of the Gem Store for 400 gems.
- A: Want. It’s so obnoxious, it’s glorious!
A new Crystal Savant Outfit is now available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 700 gems.
- A: Will get. Eventually. Just waiting for the Canadian dollar to get better. ~sobs~
Belinda’s Greatsword Skin has returned to the Gem Store for a limited time. It’s available for purchase in the Style category for 600 gems.
- A: I like that returning items are now called “Promotions”. That’s some A+ marketing speak.
- C: “Promotions” AKA Not discounted.

Improvements

The Captain’s Airship Pass and Royal Terrace Pass can now be used from the PvP lobby, WvW, dungeons, and raids. Using these passes will cause you to lose your progress in those instances.
- A: Losing progress seems a fair trade-off

Guild Wars 2 Wiki Notes

A search box has been added to the Looking For Group tool.
Hovering the cursor over reward tracks in the PvP panel now displays a tooltip showing the intermediate rewards of each tier.

I am doing this right now. Best EXP source is to do adventures, and explore. My necro is doing 0 damage to everything. Sometimes 1 dmg. When running in zerg someone gave me vampiric buff, so i siphoned HP for like 25-35.
I challenge you, reddit, to find the fastest way from levels 2 to 80 while:
- You are not allowed to leave Heart of Thorns maps.
- You are not allowed to go to Heart of the Mists or WvW, even for banking.
- XP scrolls and books not allowed
- You may keep your account gold and use it, but no golem banker
- Don’t use bank. Just don’t :P
- Trading post – sell only
- Avoid boonfires, boosters, anything. Guild banners placed by others are OK
Fungus among us gave me whole level for silver reward. Going for gold now.
Edit: Got gold, 4th level now
Edit2: After a bit of exploring, 15th level. I’m tired, goodnight xD

Well… ‘only’ might be exaggerated, but none the less the wiki does require aid.
As many of you may know (if not show me what rock you’ve lived under for that past months), Legendary precursor crafting is now a thing. Along with the new precursor crafting came all the associated achievements for each weapon tier. Now the basic achievements are all present on the wiki; however one key thing missing is the series of hints associated with each items.
There is currently a list by a wiki user on the status of each collection here (PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THIS PAGE! It is a user page, not a regular wiki page). If you happen to have completed, or are completing one of the collections listed here then you can be of assistance to the wiki (and by extension all of the GW2 players :D ). The main thing missing for each collection are the hints associated with each individual items.
So, how to help?
- 1) Screenshots: The easiest way is to take screenshots. Unfortunately this will force quite a few screenshots since most hints are only revealed when you hover over with your mouse. Ideally I would prefer to see an album of screenshots labelled, for example: ‘items for Incinerator II’, with all of the associated items hovered over to see all of the hints. A wiki editor can then easily refer themselves to those screenshots and write up the hint on the official wiki.
- 2) Edit the wiki yourself Now I put this option here but want to make it clear this is NOT necessary. Editing the wiki can be a somewhat scary task for some and there is no need to go through that if you want to help. To make the changes to the wiki yourself feel free to navigate to the associated item page and drop in the information. You do NOT need to create an account to do so.
  So far I’ve mentioned how to help to add new hints or descriptions, but if you care for it, absolutely feel free to check and confirm the existing collections to see if the information is correct. If a discrepancy is found, please take a screenshot of the item and toss up a screenshot.
  For all screenshots/albums, feel free to drop them in this thread (and don’t be scared to duplicate someone else work) and the information will naturally flow onto the wiki.

  “There is a 3rd way to add this information if screenshots are too awkward and you’re not confident enough with wiki-editing: Click the ‘Leave article feedback’ link at the top of the relevant page for that collection, and type as much of the information as possible into the box that appears in as organised a way as you can then click Submit. That will at least put the information on the discussion page so that other wiki-confident users can find and update the main page with that information.”
